+ Wedding Peektugraphy 101 by min... selamat!!! +

more peektures at my blog! :-) --> http://peeksbymin.blogspot.com(http://peeksbymin.blogspot.com)

+ alhamdulillah, last weekend's 'wedding peektugraphy 101 by min' was a success! million thanks to all who came! and thank you to shah's village hotel as the host of our event! :-)

for me success here is not defined by the number of participants. sadly but true, the class was not full. for me, success here meant when at the end of the talk, some of the participants did came to me and said how much they learnt from the class. phew! ( i said sambil mengesat dahi.. hehehe )

alhamdulillah. at least the process of knowledge sharing i planned were managed to be carried out. itu pun dah cukup. for me, i still have a lot more to learn myself. so with just the tiny experience i've managed to accumulate so far, i really hoped the participants of the 101 class did learnt something. if not much.. at least a little lah kan! hehehe... and i am glad that some of the participants suggested for 'wedding peektugraphy 102'. hmmm... interesting idea!

and after the first part is over, next is the 2nd part. tag along with team pretty peektures for real time wedding assignments. yeaps, i am a firm believer of 'walk the talk' concept. this time, participants will be exposed to some of the events that pretty peektures will cover, exclusively only to the 'wedding peektugraphy 101' students. :-D

our shooting session at the end of the day involved models. err.. why there are models in a wedding photography class?

well, it has everything to do with weddings actually. the basic principles of angles, composition, lighting, metering and so much more came into play. only the subject is different than a wedding's. phew! masa talk semuanya kuyu-kuyu belaka. when it comes to shoot, segar-bugar!!! with this simple exercise, i hope, participants could offer their clients in the future better outdoor photography to compliment the standard wedding event coverage.

hehehe.. hope insyaallah if time & health permits, there will be another one.. Wedding Peeks 102 perhaps?

perhaps! :-)

ps : million thanks too to http://www.fototeacher.com(fototeacher.com) for promoting this workshop. makacih banyak-banyak!!!
